New Look

The mustang has yet another look. Just got the front spoiler put on yesterday. Now i am looking for some fiberglass to help cover up the gap left. Does anyone know where i can get some fiberglass and resin cheap?

BA, The valance and spoiler look good! Are you wanting to fill the gap between the two? If so, don't use fiberglass unless you really want to make the two parts one. As seperate pieces you have the option of removing or replacing the spoiler if it gets damaged. Instead, use body seam sealer in a caulk tube. Make sure both surfaces are scuffed lightly and cleaned before applying the caulk. Determine what size bead of caulk you need and cut the application tip. Smaller is better, you can always cut the tip larger. Run your bead and smooth with your finger and a little solvent, or water, depending on the composition of the caulk. Do any clean up while the caulk is wet. Once the caulk cures you can primer the seam and spoiler to make it appear as one with the valance. Hope this helps! kennyg

I was thinking about making the piece one. That caulk way sounds easier so i may be doing that.
