Door dings! Ready to kill...

Anyone got any dealings with decently deep door dings in stang quarter pannels?? No paint was removed..but its a good dent. I wanted to barf when i saw it.

Anyone tried ding master or anyone like that?? Paul even suggested that "pops a dent" kit they sell at autozone.. but I dont like the idea of using a hot glue gun on my car!!!

Im praying Its not going to require bondo and repaint. My poor pony already has enough of that in it!! (for those who dont know not long after I bought the car right around christmas the car was keyed down the hood and entire drivers side and back bumper) That was 3K worth of damage to the car my insurance covered. I CAN turn this one over..Its gonna cost me $521 $21 out of pocket. But maaan... 3/4s of the car painted?? I think i would just save up and have the OTHER side painted!

This crap is getting SO old. I swear you cannot have anything nice anymore for ignorant, direspectful, jealous fools!!

I got one, yup on the new car earlier this year. I have a tint guy, glass guy, painter, service tech and they all work for me. I also have a PDR guy and let me tell you what, I forgot where to look when he was done, maybe 15 minutes tops. It took longer for him to come out to the shop than it did to remove the dent.

on a related issue, i recently bought this great new tool specifically for dings and dents. it's an electric "gun" that quick welds studs to an area. then you use the rachet (sp?) puller or slide hammer. pretty neat and works well. it should at what i paid at eastwood. would consider loaning it, but area to pull has to be clean (read: no paint).

paintless dent repair is extremely good. on my 99 it had gotten some hail damage as well as a few door dings, one really bad one......my mechanic in germany had introduced me to a guy about 3 months earlier when I had the lincoln to help me tune it, he was really good, so this guy comes out and removed every dent on the car, and I couldn't find one trace of the dent anywhere, no messed up paint, nothing. cost me 2 cases of corona. no worries.....I currently could use a new paint job, but I daily drive mine, there is no point in that for me.....I don't think paintless dent repair is horribly expensive, but yes, it's basically a suction cup and a glue gun.
