In the past Mustangers have met at the Pottery by you on Madison Blvd (Hwy 20) just west of Sullivan / Wall Triana blvd. and left for Decatur cruises before. If you need directions let me know. I am open to mini cruise down there. Any others out there today???
I mapquested it, and it looks like I just hop on the research park blvd and cruise down to 565 and just go straight til I hit beltline road....where are you located at, I'm off of university and research park blvd, basically live on the road next to the IHOP there....I'm down to come meet up with you and then cruise out, I have to wash the car real quick like and then I'll be ready for a trip.....just let me know man
I am off Slaughter Rd and 72. How about meeting at the DQ in Madison, we can take Hughes road over to 20, 20 to 565 and 65 south to the belt line in Priceville and go west into Decatur. That will save a ton of lights though Decatur. 1:30 ish sound good? Its about a 30 minute drive. I will contact Marsha and let her know we have a tiny power tour coming down.
well it turned out to be a great show, had a nice long conversation with a guy who owns a beautiful 1969 camaro ss with a 427 in it, beautiful car. I got some pics.....the 65 had a case of bad luck and blew a skinny on the way out......car is ok, but tire isn't.... good luck gettin it fixed bro....I had a good time. is there a place I can bulk upload pics too?
All turned out Ok, Some nice guys with an air compressor gave me a hand. We filled it up and drove it home. Leaking valve stem was the issue. I am glad the cruise in was good. I will see everyone at a future show I am sure.
Later.
Later.
