You do not have to be an MCA member to be in RCMC. The only exception is that all officers must be. I think there may be a percentage of MCA memberships we have to uphold, but I forgot the number. We do encourage all RCMC members to be an MCA member. To be in MCA shows (Nationals etc.) you have to be an MCA member.
