Thumbs up Who's in

We just got back from placing a deposit on our Bullitt, our dealer friend made the order for me last week we just hadnt had a chance to catch up with him yet.

The only options we got were the HID/active anti-theft, we looked at a ShelbyGT on the lot and saw the "ambient lighting", nice...but not a "must have" for me.

got a fair deal on this car, 31,925 with our options, I am happy with that.

So it looks like production starts around mid december, placing cars at the dealer around February?

So....who else is in? lets have a nice constructive thread for those with cars on the way!

good luck

Ordered mine last week.

hid
active anti-theft
ambient lighting (only b/c I got x-plan)
wheel locking

I'm excited. I don't think I've been this pumped about a car in awhile.

I also ordered one last week. The dealer that has been servicing my 05 offered me their first Bullitt for MSRP.

Highland Green, HID, Active Anti-Theft and Ambient Lighting

That's cool! So if you get the car in February, are you going to drive it or just put in storage until the weather's good?

this will be my everyday car, it will be well loved and taken care of though, heated garage, only a 23 mile commute...and the highland green 68 Shelby as a stable mate.

I didnt bother to ask, but is the shaker500 the standard issue for the Bullitt?

Yes it is. The Bullitt is based off the Premium GT coupe, and the shaker500 is standard for it.

I'll be speaking with my salesman this week and undoubtedly be ordering a new Bullitt. The car truely "fits" me. I love the sleeper look and the special tweeks done in a low-profile way to make it look like a V-6. And only true Mustang enthusiast will know exactly what it is. Just the way I like it!
I'll get it ordered with:
1.HID
2.Active anti-theft
3.Wheel locking kit
That's it!

This will be interesting for us to post updates on our orders, looks like we are spread around the country a bit as well.
Since we all placed orders about the same time, when someone gets a serial # or build date the rest of us can hope we are not to far behind!

Congrats to you people that have one on order. So many different Mustangs and not enough money. I have been critical of the power but I think this thing is going to be a nice overall package. I wish you all the best and cant wait to see your new Bullitts.

Thanks, chevys. It all comes down to what you want. You can always mod out or wait for the bigger hp cars to come. You have something you're interested in?
