Hood indents for Strut Tower Brace...
Greetings bullitt owners...
Is it possible one of you could post a pic of the underside of your hood, specifically where the STB meets the hood blanket.
I've got an 08 GT/CS and it looks like it has the indents for a STB, but I'd like to compare it to the bullitt underside as I'd like to purchase the bullitt stb.

I'm told all 2008s get the new hood liner, V8 and V6. It also has the provision for the new CAI

I've never actually looked under the hood of a Job 1 08 Mustang so I'm not sure what, if any, differences there are. Hmm...

This was from KC on one of his eBay listings.
"Note This Brace was Designed for Use with an Updated Under hood Blanket with Recesses For the Brace. V6 Cars Built after 06/25/07 Should Have Updated Blanket. Gt Cars Built after 01/25/07 Should Also Have Updated blanket."
My Job 1 08 GT has the updated blanket.

I originally thought it was just job 2 but reportedly not. Someone here also said that some late '07 production got that hood liner as well.
