I assume you are referring to Burningman's photoshop. I don't suppose it would have been hard for them to get it seeing as anyone on the internet has access to it. It really is amazing how many times Doug's work comes up on mustang websites, usually without credit.

And see that's the problem, it's okay if you can use them as long as u have permission to use them, but they didn't.

Any words Doug?

Doug has been aware of it for quite a while. I made him aware of three sites where the pic was posted.

Sure he can, as long as copyrights infringements, financial gains, and/or intentional malice can be proven. Doug would need Carroll Shelby's money and attorneys to succeed.

Perhaps Doug can give Carroll a ringy dingy for some sound advice. I am sure his fondness and admiration for Carroll would play a mayor role on the probable exchanges.

Lawsuits seem to be the answer to everything these days.

I prefer pistols at dawn.

Always have, always will.

Well he can't just let them get away with it.
I'd go with BC Shelby's advice

Quite romantic, indeed.
Just make sure you are the one who takes the nine paces.
