I have read that our Bullitt run rich from the factory tune?
The million dollar question is, How much RWHP is on a stock Bullitt and how much more can you get with a SAFE Dyno tune?

 

Ford says 315 at the flywheel , so accounting for drivetrain loss (10% for manual) , figure 31 lost ponies, puts you at @275 at rear wheels. Dyno with 93 tune maybe add 20-30RWHP. it's the torque you'll appreciate from the dyno.

 

I witnessed my friends Bullitt being dynoed, bone stock it put down 279whp with an afr of 11.8. This was on 93 octane gas.

 

Chemicalman in his thread Got Tuned Today put down "279.61hp @ 303.15" lbs Q

 

That was the exact car I witnessed being dynoed, he's a very good friend of mine. With a custom tune he gained 10whp.

I took a ride in ChemicalMan's car this afternoon. Whooa, lotta pull. That tune definitely did the trick. His Metco LCA look freak'n sweet to. I think they were meant for the car.
