Haha, that was the first thing the salesman said to me over the phone when he called me just now... Bullitt #1911 with a VIN of: 1ZVHT82H085****** arrived this morning. It is receiving tint in a few hours and I'll hopefully get to go in there. I'm supposed to leave for south bend, IN by 2:00, so it may have to wait.... IT'S HERE! BWWHAHAHAHAHA
He said that the car looks amazing and that it was worth the wait. All the bodyshop guys are just standing around it and checking it out right now.

Way to go. Very ironic...the 1911 is the most famous Colt .45 semi-auto handgun around. So your "bullitt" is the .45 ACP cartridge!

1911's prolly the most famous handgun design period, .45 ACP Bullitt, that's hilarious.
Congrats Wally! You're prolly the most patient Bullitthead here, glad you're finally getting your car. Enjoy it and we can't wait for your impressions.
