I just wanted to share a letter from Dan from MRT-direct about the parts they are developing for the 2008 Bullitt. I guess the exhaust and suspension is already done as said before. The visual stuff is 10-11 weeks out also as stated before... this is what will be done first...

Thank you for the interest in the MRT Products for the 08 Bullitt. We are planning on a new hood to emulate the original '68 hood complete with vents and turn-signals. We are going to be offering a nice and simple, yet effective suspension system. It will include springs that lower the car a responsible amount as to not cause driving harshness and driveway ingress/egress issues. The Suspension System will include a pair of Lower Control Arms to help eliminate wheel hop without causing bind. and to round off the Suspension System will be a lightweight adjustable Panhard Bar to help control axle movement under spirited driving. The brake system will include 13" plated/slotted rotors on all 4 corners. The front calipers are a 3 piston type and will be engraved with RELOAD in the same font as BULLITT. They will be available in red...of course!!

I can't wait for the new upgrades from MRT. They are going to be the bullitt performance parts supplier it looks like. I'm sure they'll look into tuning the current ford racing tune also.

I had said previously that I was not too keen on modding a Bullitt (or any SE), but the stuff that MRT is planning sounds very interesting. I wonder what the MSRP will be...
