Thanks for all the replies fellas. I am not ready to pull the trigger, wish I could.

I have found another Bullitt close by for $28,621 with 3,556 miles. Seems like these are marked high because of the limited number that were made and the link to a classic style/history.

Right. Premium added 10#' of torque at low to mid range (it does feel snappier).

And msrp for 2008 was $31075 - not 33100.

I think now is the time to buy a Bullitt. Most people want the new 5.0, so the Bullitt prices should start to drop a bit. I really looked at Bullitts before I bought my Boss. The prices were coming down....slowly.
