He knew it, I knew it...but unfortunately certain individuals (present company excepted) were more interested in peeing all over the TMS message boards like a bunch of hyenas marking new territory, just because they didn't happen to agree with our frank assessment of the car. It just demonstrates how little these individuals in question know about either George or myself. If ignorance is bliss, then they must be the most euphoric crew around.

As I've stated many times before: the new Bullitt is a fine car in its own right, it just doesn't meet my personal tastes or expectations. But those who buy one will be very happy with it, I've no doubt.

Haha, I just noticed this... and you guys took my criticism of the GT500 SOOOO well. On any note, congrats, George. Enjoy the car when it comes in. Let us know when you get a VIN.

That was extremely disappointing. Surely those with GT500s are all broken up about your criticism, most likely setting an avalanche of for sale signs and upgrades to Bullitts.

She doesn' like black and picked green. She had a Moss Green '68 vert. I guess she wants to revive old memories. Well, at least this one won't be overheating.

No overheating? Less room in the '08?

Anyway, why did she break her long list of convertibles?

Beats the hell out of me. I suggested a GT500 vert which she will eventually get after she misses the rag top.

I'll give her a year with the Bullitt before she admits I was right.

I'd have picked the GT500 vert too.
