While I am not surprised I'm betting many are. George, you know how to keep 'em guessing, I'll give you that.

Awesome, George!

So you went with all the options, then, just as we were discussing last week?

I wouldn't go with the NAV...just have a personal little issue preventing me from warming up to them. But then it isn't my car.......unless of course George wants to give me the car which would be very generous on his part. I suppose under those cricumstances I could learn to live with the NAV sytem.

It's just a sticker and badge job...not worth the huge ADM's that dealers will be asking.

I wondered if it might be a prank when I got to the NAV portion. But then, nothing would surprise me with George as I said above. Although, that quality does kind of take the whole 'punk' factor out of it.

The amazing thing is these guys spend their whole time just cluttering up this board with their mindless posts.

Just wait till we start getting our new Bullitts....these guys will go crazy dealing with all the posts of proud new Bullitt owners!!!
I think mine is due around Feb.
Hollywood...you'll be the first guy that I tell about what a sweet ride home I had from the dealership!!

You misunderstand - George has indeed ordered a Bullitt.

My comment was in reference to another subject altogether.

And he knows who he is.

What subject would that be?
That every comment you make about the Bullitt is a negative one, and that I just gave you a taste of your own medicine.
If George did indeed order a Bullitt....I guess he decided he wanted something that would make a good daily driver. Isn't that right Georgie Boy.

This is gettin' stranger by the minute. It's like the Matrix, or 24, you have to watch the whole thing or you get left behind.

Well it does explain George's recent change of heart about the Bullitt.

Wolf thinking to himself: "So they were just trolling the forum working us Bullitt-lovers up in a froth."

Anyway, congrats on the purchase! Looking forward to pics.

I'm not sure it was a change of heart so much as a frank assessment of the car's pros and cons.

There were trolls here alright, but they weren't George or myself. George and I were making honest, straightforward criticisms of the Bullitt all along, independent of whether or not either of us intended to buy one (I personally don't).

In fact, George has fully intended to get one for some time now. He knew it, I knew it...but unfortunately certain individuals (present company excepted) were more interested in peeing all over the TMS message boards like a bunch of hyenas marking new territory, just because they didn't happen to agree with our frank assessment of the car. It just demonstrates how little these individuals in question know about either George or myself. If ignorance is bliss, then they must be the most euphoric crew around.

As I've stated many times before: the new Bullitt is a fine car in its own right, it just doesn't meet my personal tastes or expectations. But those who buy one will be very happy with it, I've no doubt.
