I thought the Shelby was 5.4 litre ? so is it like a Hertz with a 4.6 or a GT dressed up with no where to go ?
oh yah was this also not the one that Barrett Jakson let go for $ 600,000.00 plus for Caroll Shelby's Children foundation ?????

You're thinking GT500. The Shelby GT has the GT 4.6L with bolt-ons.

You make the Shelby GT sound like an afterthought.

If it doesn't fit, you must acquit.

It's a nice package but I wouldn't buy it.

Apparently Ford is under the impression that the Mustang community will save Ford and its dealers.

I've visited at least two dozen Ford dealers in the last seven weeks and they are always empty regardless of the day of the week or times.

I think the strategy of squeeze their customers is begining to backfire.

yes not getting one of these is like a bad dream. it is a limited production Shelby so I didn't expect to get one of them. this is not new after watching the GT500 sales. i visited 2 local FORD dealer's and they had no manual GT's on the lot and weren't getting any for the lot. (short supply)
I am glad there will be money going to a good cause for the first SHELBY GT.
A source who asked to remain nameless told me there will only be 5000 of them in his estimate. I can just imagine what they will sell for.
