Agreed, I would have loved Air Force colors..had to change the theme I was going to do now that the '08s are out.

Mark, I understand what you're feeling after having to sit thru a 2 month wait after my car was finished before it was shipped.
All 6 grabber Orange H281s were held back while all the other colors were shipped to dealers--drove me alsolutely crazy.

Afterwards, my car was worth the extra waiting, and I bet your's will
be too.

 

I was really hoping to have it when I return to the states in late October, but that obviously isn't going to happen.

Maybe it will be here by the end of December. Nice Xmas present.

 

I was thinking about getting a set of those hood pin plates since my FRPP ones are all scratched up but look at the price.

Yes, this is the same kit that comes with the GT500.

I ordered a set and received it in less than 5 days. They only say "SHELBY" the 08's say GT on the top and Shelby on the bottom. They are still very cool though. Can't put them on my car as it is still at SAI. They are having CS hood quality issues with thier supplier.

 

Yea, I got the news from Bud today that the SHELBY GT ones would only be on the '08s. I might have them put on before it leaves..if it doesn't delay the car any. If it does...just toss them in a brown bag on the passenger side. I will put them on later.
