If my GT500 does not end up working out, a blue SGT/SC would be a dandy replacement.

That's the color combo I was hoping for, but I'm already committed to getting an 08 GT

You can just pull a dealer manuever and tell them you changed your mind and arent going to buy it. They think nothing of going back on deals for Shelby's so screw em

ADM on these will be wacked...especially at these numbers. It's roughly one car per dealership. Swell...

Well, I've already put down a $500 deposit, taken delivery of an aftermarket hood, and bought some side stripes.

Before ordering the 08 Mustang GT, I asked myself, this question:
If I could get an 08 blue Shelby GT with silver stripes for invoice with all the options I wanted/got on my 08GT (~$39,000), would I do it? In other words, If I could get the best deal possible.

The 08 Shelby GT will be a sweet looking car, but I'm still happy with my own special edition.

Mark, with all the design time you have invested in your future 08 GT, (yes I did look at all you stripe designs)
I think it will be more special to you than a Shelby GT.

Chuck you're probably right. Plus my wife would be really ****ed if all that photoshop time spent on the "B-25" edition was all for not.

I disagree. The numbers are low like that because the cars are not selling like hotcakes. I doubt they have any ADM at all (maybe on the first few verts).

I think you are right. With all the options including Navigation it'll be around $44K. If it would have 375 HP / pounds of torque it would be a good sell.

Doesn't that number work out to about 1 for every two dealers?

Yeah, and I am sure there will be some ADMs, that's why I think that the 07's may have what I call "sleeper" value down the road. I am glad that I waited a few months to purchase. Well, if we all had a crystal ball into the future...

Mark,
I'm sure the aftermarket hood will look just as good on this bad boy as the Silver GT. Keep the stocker though.

Does anyone know if this is going to require the premium Vert or delux?

This would no doubt be starting with the Premium vert.
