What hood is this, and where can it be acquired from?

It's the Shelby CS6(I think?) hood. Check out 05stangkc's "First Shelby Body kit" thread. He should be able to hook you up.

Response from Shelby Automobiles...

I emailed Shelby Automotive some time back and one of my questions had to do with the hood and their response to me should answer your question about making it functional. Here is what they replied:
3) The hood is shipped with the heat extractor non-functional. It can be made functional. Cutting the top opening is simple but the underneath will require much work to look right. Also the production hood grill we sell turned out to be not functional. It’s not required so you could make your own if you wanted a grille. I haven’t attempted to see how much work it would be to drill out and trim the “holes†in ours to make it functional or if it would still be presentable.

4) The hood is fiberglass. The dimensions are the same as the stock hood naturally except taller. The only numbers I have are the throttle body on a GT has 7/8-1†clearance from the bottom with the liner installed and one hood I weighed at 54 lbs.

http://www.hillbankmotorsports.com/p...ucts_id=100003 it says you have to install the wiper nozzles but that they are included in the kit.

Real Cowl Induction Hood!

I am building a real Cowl induction hood .. I got the Air Intake already built.. I am just waiting for the 5" COWL to arrive so I can take the hood to the shop to get the COWL molded in and painted Windveil Blue..

The GT-H hood is sweet but it wont solve the problems of engine bay heat.. If you want to do that, you must build or buy a real cowl induction hood!

Question Are hood pins required on the GT-H hood ?

I like clean lines on my hood. I like the Shelby GT500 hood with the exception of those scoops. I am thinking about adding the Shelby GT500 front fascia, GT-H hood and CDC rear spoiler combo.

Does Hillbank also provide the side scoops for the GT-H?

Does anyone know if there are drain holes on the CS6 hood. It seems like the recessed area of the cowl would fill up with water when it rains or during washing.
