Fun with Shelby GT-H CSM No 06H392

Hey everyone!!
I'm new to this forum as a member, but have enjoyed Brad's site for years. I still own my first car, a 1968 Mustang GT Fastback. I've owned it now for 28 years. I've been an Mustang Club of America member for 28 years too... joined the MCA when I was 15 years old.

Anyway, click on the link below to read about my 2006 Shelby GT-H experience. It was something that me and my family will never forget! I'd read the posts here about the problems with renting a Hertz Shelby so I was ready for the questions and restrictions. THANKS to all who posted because I was able to successfully negotiate all the obstacles!!

As you can tell by my website, I'm also a huge 2nd generation Trans Am enthusiast and have a side business for Trans Am parts and cars. If you want to read more about my Mustang you can go to my website and then click on the "Hoghead Garage" and you'll find stories and pictures.

If you want to know more about our local Mustang Club's history, click here:

Great story. We had 362 for 2 weeks so I could bring my newborn son home from the hospital in a Shelby and that is what I did. You are right, the looks the car gets are worth the price of renting it alone. I didn't get to enter our in a show but took it to the Tri State Mustang Club meeting and it was a huge hit there as well. Great car. I wonder how many beside the two you mentioned have been totalled already?

Great story and thanks for sharing.
You should post it on the Shelby forum. As the managment of Shelby want to put together a seperate GT-H Experience site.

This was mine.
