I tell you, and some may disagree with me, but you take a GT-H that you can find at auction somehow after their rental use is finished, and take a 2007 GT500 brand new, and put them both away, I believe that the H model will be worth more down the line, and I'll tell you why. Both do have Shelby's name on it, and while the GT-H is just a GT with some different parts on it, it is the only one that is actually converted AT Shelby's shop in Las Vegas, just like it was back in the day, with the original Hertz cars. The GT500, while it too has his name on it, is built along side other Mustangs and Mazda 6 sedans in the factory. Plus with only 500 made, it's bound to be worth more than the GT500. Again thats my opinion, but the proof is in the pics in the new issue of Motor Trend.

Big Door Ding in GTH at LAX
I was at LAX last week and they had a row of 6 GTH's. The billitt grill looked like it was put on from a pep-boys kit. The car was cool and the numbered stickers were right on the dash.
One of the cars had a door ding the size of a 50 cent piece. They are still rental cars.
I was quoted $200 to rent one for the day. I took my $29.00 Taurus and wished I could have figured out a way to expense the $200. But my job is more important.
Plus, I have a very cool GT Vert anyway.
