So a couple of weeks ago my step mom got in an accident and the insurance company said that it would take more than a month or so to repair..Well its been about 2 weeks now, and she is just now able to drive again. So she figgures that its time to get a rental car untill her car is ready. Well my dad being the kind and caring person that he is decides to let her have his E 500 (300 hp mercedes) for the next couple of weeks untill her car is repaired. So what is my dad driving? Well he rented himself a Shelby GT-H!! He had to use his plane ticket from his buisness trip last week to "prove" that he was "in town on buisness" because apparently Hertz wont just rent you the car for the weekend in your home town because they are affraid that it will be seeing the drag strip. Anyways to make a long story short, we now have a GT-H sitting in the driveway right next to my 2006 Tungsten GT, so we went and took some pics today. Seeing these two cars next to eachother sure sold me on the GT-H hood!

How does the GT-H exhaust sound compared to the GT?

 

The GT-H sounds deeper than the stock GT. The biggest difference is heard when you just punch it on the freeway. It gets sooo lound!

 

so....did you rent it for the purpose of the photoshoot...or did you actually drive it?
