Greetings,
I keep reading posts about locating the build sheet for our cars.
However, I don't exactly know where to look, any help would be appreciated?

The build sheets are "supposed" to be in the trash at the factory. Very rarely will you find a build sheet anymore. Seems that if you do have one, it is likely above the fuel tank or stuffed behind the front bumper cover. I've bought 5 brand new Mustangs and have never found a build sheet. I work at a Ford dealership and find them about 2-3 times per year, but it's usually on a Focus or Ranger pickup.

 

Just a clue,

Try looking behind the insulation under the hood, after a recent ordeal at the dealer with the wife's car, they pulled back the insulation and referenced a sheet from there.

I do not know if it is there on every car.

I've removed the insulation under the hood of my last several new Mustangs and no build sheets for my cars.
