When do you feel the last build date of an 07 GT/CS would be ? I ordered mine late in april and my dealer just recieved the invoice. The date of Invoice, says it was prepaired June 14. Suppose to be delived sometime in July, Im just wondering if maybe I will recieve the last Calif Spec built in 07 that is ??

That would be sweet! Are they continuing to make the GT/CS in '08?

Marc,

Yes, the GT/CS is being continued in 2008. I ordered one on May 18, 2007. Have no idea when it will be built! Later, Marty

I ordered my '07 CS on 4/20 (no pun intended), it was built on 6/13 and gate released on 6/14. It's now 7/2 and I'm still waiting, but my dealer said the car has been shipped off from Flat Rock, MI. It should be here later this week.

League City...did you buy it from Richard Salas at McRee? I bought mine form him...I'm just up the road in Friendswood.

Congrats!

Nah, we ended up going with Reliance Ford in LaPorte. We went to McRee, Champion, the place in Alvin (forgot the name), and a few in Houston. This guy from Reliance, Louis Estrada, was the nicest guy who knew the most about the S197. Having been on this board for two months before going shopping, my wife and I knew a whole lot more about the options and the options on the then upcoming '08 order guide than the dealers. Most of our in-depth questions our dealer would have to go ask his manager. One dude even said that the Ford nav system is not available in the mustang . Anyways, we ordered a VB '07 GT/CS back in April and it will be here any day now.

+1...that was my original choice, but I went with the PW 'cauise I though it'd be easier to keep clean.
