Yaaa thats a problem.
Shelby used to sell them, then they switched who was making them and the version 2 got a LOT of complaints... don't think they are being produced at all right now. If you do find a set, you want to make sure they have the plastic duct mesh and the CS stamp in them.

the second set I believe were fiberglass with a metal mesh screen basically just shoved in to the hole.

I found these as well...

Will a lower grill still fit with these?
Also,

These aren't any good? Or are these correct?

Atleast the SilverHorseRacing insert will.
Somebody is/was trying to decide what to do with their ShelbyGT/CS fascia has quite a few options put together picture wise Also includes splitters, brake duct routing, and alternate auxiliary lighting options.

I'm not interested in the lamps, and have been thinking of something like that one near the end that opens the side panels of the grill and gathers the whole area into a tube to the rotor.
Alternatively, connecting the air and lamp holes to the hose by some kind of adapter, and adding a grill to the lamp holes.
With regard to the Stang-Aholics item: the picture looks like the first Shelby item (that was discontinued), but unless something has changed in the last couple of months, if they actually deliver something it's not likely to be what it looks like.
I've had a couple of very disappointing experiences with online sellers recently. They say the item is in stock, take your money, and nothing happens. When you ask the status of your order, they say "back-ordered" or "we'll ship soon", or "Sorry, that was a mistake", if they respond at all. You'll play hell getting your money back, or if they ship something it's not like what you ordered, or an altogether different item.
I've been online-shopping for a long time, and it's only recently there has been any of this kind of nonsense. Some of it is from big-name, trusted vendors who have either changed hands or their brand of ethics.
OK, I'm through whining. I got one of the last of the "real" Shelby duct sets; they were $125 or so at the time. Probably twice as expensive now..
I'm edging toward the full Agent 47 duct-hose-backing plate kit, with the cut-out side honeycomb adapted as a grill insert.

So... would you be willing to sell your shelby duct set?
