RRP price up?

I was just looking on the Ford site and I noticed the rrp price has increased by $350 but, and this is where it gets a bit odd, the price for the auto trans has gone down by $350! So Ford have only increased the rrp price for the stick shift? Have gear leavers got more expensive? or is there just a shortage?
