New Stance - Steeda Ultra Lites Installed...

Whats up TMSers! I am somewhat new to the forums and I wanted to share some pictures of my GT/CS with my Steeda Ultra Lite springs installed. I decided to go with the Steeda Ultra Lites after reading some posts on this forum and after some recommendations from LEO_06GT. Basically I commute 35 miles to work so ride quality was the main factor in choosing the Ultra Lites. I wanted to lower it a bit more but I am very happy with the results/look and the ride quality!

Also wanted to say thanks to TacoBill for the great how-to on installing these springs. Here are some pics from the install.

It took me about 4 or 5 hours to install, ok I am a bit slow but I was smiling the whole time .
BTW, my GT500 wing is on the way

Hope you enjoy!

Dan

Thanks guys!
Tom281: The day I got my ultralites my son got the rotavirus and it quickly spread to me. It only lasted for 3 days but the whole time I was itching to put them on. I feel your pain...

And thanks again Leo, I was very very close to purchasing those Eibach Pro springs...I would have had a very rough commute.

BTW, I took it to Ford to get it aligned and the mechanic who did the alignment said he only made some very minor adjustments to get it realigned.

He then proceeded to take it around the block to make sure everything worked correctly....

The springs say they are 1 1/4 lower in the rear and 1" in the front. I didn't do any of my own measurements before I installed the springs so I don't know the real drop difference.

TacoBill has some final drop measurements on his how-to page...

Thanks!
The green mark from the factory points to the engine and the arrow/notch points towards the fender.

Here is a pic of the green mark and notch that I am talking about...
