Yeah it's a darn good reason. Hope some one who wants to restore it got it. If I get a stang it will be a newer one. Only thing I'll need to do is put a 5.4L in it. Stick it in the garage during ice/snow/rain and drive my truck.

 

Yep, a local family bought it and they are making it a project car that will take a few years to do. Raise the kids with it, yada yada yada. I hope they do it justice and it doesn't get sold over seas. That's in the past now and I have my new (old) baby. Here's a couple of images the day I said good-bye.

How many miles on your current pads? It may be a good time to swap them out.

Going to install yourself or hire the Taco Garage?

 

Maybe later on the pads and lines, I only have 3000 miles on them. Install might take place at the Taco Garage or the Jed Garage, we'll see. I might even do them at my house since I want to paint the calipers.


I'll be pretty quiet for a while. My wife is expected to pass away sometime this weekend.

Thanks for all of the support. It means a tremendous amount to have all your additional thoughts and prayers while going through this traumatic and emotional time.

My sweet beloved wife Marianne passed away last night at 9:22 in the evening. We had been fighting fallopian cancer over the past seven years. She was an amazing person and always displayed a positive attitude throughout. Her family, friends and I will treasure the memories we have of her and know that she is in a better place. We will join up again in the future.

Rest in peace my sweet partner, you deserve it.
