^^^ I do not believe the VIN will tell you that info. I was never aware of my 2007 VIN number designating the car as a California Special. I doubt the 2014 would either.
I really can't imagine anyone going to the expense of upgrading a GT to a GT/CS. So many appearance parts, from the front chin to the rear fascia, plus the stripes and the rims too. That would really be costly, way more than the original cost of the CS package.
First I want to thank you for your kind answer. I appreciate it...
I will be back in Orlando next year in February for 3 weeks. Then I will go to a Ford dealer and see if you can really get a window sticker for free...as you told me
A friend of mine has a new Shelby GT 350, can I get a window sticker for the Shelby at the Ford dealer, too?
I myself drive a 2012 Mustang and a 2015 Dodge Challenger R/T.
For the Challenger, I was able to download the window-sticker from the Dodge page for free.
It's astonishing that you have to pay $45 for the Windowsticker at the Ford-Parts-Page...
You are Welcome! I used to Pull up Window Stickers all the Time at the Dealership. We used them to Help Determine Options on the Cars when Getting Certain Parts. Of Course it is All going to be Determined by the Knowledge of the Person you are Talking to at the Dealership. We used to have a Link Here on Tms Before Ford even Had it on Their DEALER Website. If I find the Free Access I will Come Back & Post it Here. If Anybody Else Has a Free Link Please Post it Here!

Do I need a legitimation, or something similar, to get the windowstickers for my Mustang friends from the dealer? A copy of the car registration?
Thanks and greetings from Germany
Marshal
It Would Not Hurt to Have a Copy of the Vehicle Registration. It's Really All About getting a Knowledgeable & Friendly Dealer and Contact Person, You Can get Lucky and Find the Right Person or Get Half A Dozen Deer in The Headlights Looks. But Realize Anybody Could Get the Vin off the Dash of a Car and Buy One Online so it's Not Really a Privacy Issue.
I wish I still had Ford Access & I would Pull you Both Stickers in a Hot Tick. Any Department Can Pull it at the Dealership Be Sales, Parts or Service but not Everybody at the Dealership will Know it. Sad to Say. If you want to post The Other Vin and I figure out a way to get Access I will try. Realize the Ones at the Dealership will not be The same Size as The Original. It will be on Letter Paper. I would get a PDF. I would Gather the Ford Show One would be a Replica of the Original in Size and Form But that is Just a Guess.
Good Luck!
KC
