Ya know, I haven't been a fan of either the California Special OR Grabber Orange - but the weird thing is that combined TOGETHER, they actually make for a pretty hot looking car!

Black..most beautiful color on a mustang..for the 5 seconds you can keep it clean..(jk) But honestly, you do not see the CS highlights on a black car....The stripe, front and rear treatments and scoops seem to disappear.
Vista..same as black about the CS highlights disappearing..but not as bad..(wish it was azure blue like the 03-04 machs!) Also if you get a nick or scratch, it seems that it sticks out soooo much with a darker color like this....
White...There are just too many white cars..I think there was a report that over 20% of ALL 2007 cars were white....I almost bought a white car myself, but on the way to the dealership I counted 56 white cars..ONE WAY! I don't want to blend into the crowd THAT much...yes I have a mustang..but it doesn't have to be like everyone elses...(I would love to see an official breakdown of colors of the GT/CS..I would wager at least 50% are white because it is a "safe" color that a dealer can sell.
Candy Apple Red...looks great...love the metal flake...but again, red on a sports car is way to common..The contrast of the stripe is decent, but not as good as white or orange.
Grabber Orange! School bus, canary,...whatever you want to call it...It looks great with the black highlights, you won't pass 56 cars within 30 miles the same color, mustang heritage color(think Boss 302), and hides imperfections like none other!
To each his/her own on a color. I bought mine because "I" like it. If you buy a color b/c of what someone else thinks, doesn't think...or what your wife thinks, then that's insane!

Love the car. I wouldn't have the guts to get GO but you car rocks with that hood stripe and shaker, and you're right it really brings out the black details for the CS on the front and back. While black is great try keepin it clean for more than a day. Everytime I drive it I should clean it. Hell it even gathers dust thats visible just sitting in the garage, CRAP!!!
Seriously though I love your car and if I wanted a second it would defiinitely be a GO GT/CS. The color just reminds me more of the late 60's early 70's muscle cars, sure htere was red, not as much black as now, but the blues, greens, yellows, and oranges were really spectacular and very beautiful IMO.

Vista, too much like a Subaru blue or something...also seen a bunch
Red, is more for a corvette than a Mustang...not too many seen
G.O., you won't pass another one within 30 miles because is fugly...besides, what does the "grabber" stand for?
I love how the white contrasts against the wheels, tinted window, and side stripes...looks awesome...and love how it matches my Wimbledon White 66 fastback.

Yes, why did I think I would stir up the GO CS/GTers....... just teasing you. I do like the "uniqueness" the GO color has. Don't see too many of them.
I actually think on the standard GT ---the "fly yellow" with black Rims is "the" best color combination for a mustang. A close second, black w/red interior. Have a friend that has the black w/red ---and he carries a bottle of detailer in the trunk--b/c HE Needs it!!
I haven't seen one "yellow" S197 mustang period. A few legend limes, but not one yellow ---must be a very rare color. I think only for '05 model year. There was a rumor of a Valencia yellow CS/GT (whatever Valencia means...maybe like Corinthian leather LOL). However, yellow gave way to your GO color. Wish they'd bring back the grabber-blue --god that's a cool color and unique too.
That said --- white is the best to show-off the wheels and CS/GT stripe.
happy motoring.

Just saw 2 GO GT/CS at my local dealer. I am not a fan of GO, but must admit they were sharp and stood out. Would I buy one? Probably not, as I am a little conservative when it comes to car colors. Great show car color though!
