GT/CS Lower Grill - Heads Up!

Silverhorse Racing has a new lower grill for the GT/CS. Now I don't know whether to get this or the Shelby lower billet grill for the GT/CS. Hmmmm...

Cool "Ours Has Been Ordered"

CalSpec: "You Can Do It"! From "The WaterBoy". We ordered ours for the CalStang yesterday!! Been waiting about six months for Marcello and the great SHR gang to release this wonderful looking lower grill piece! Will post our pix and results for you when we've installed it Bro. CalStang

P.S. For your visual review. Marcello's and Shelby's lower grill pix included. For us it was pretty much a no brainer!!

I ordered mine yesterday and the brake ducting kit from agent 47 today. They are supposed to work together.

If you are keeping things pretty much stock i.e the honeycomb, you may as well go with the matching SHR piece.

someone should make a billet piece that goes across the whole bottom, otherwise if have a billet grille as well and you haven't relocated fogs in the lower corners you end up with an odd mix.

Can't wait to see pics once you install it!

I plan to get this center mount fog grill so I don't know if I'll be getting the Shelby lower grill or the SHR honeycomb to go with it.
Chrome/black center mount grill

I Like it,.. If there are no tools required to install how does it install? Will it last without screws/bolts holding it in place? Let me know how it goes when you get yours.

I'll bet the instructions will tell you to use super glue or duct tape.

Mine shipped today. Got email notice. Will be tracking it on FedEx. Too bad I don't live closer or I'd have it tomorrow.

I received my grill late today. It only takes 10 minutes to install, and it looks great. Matches perfect with the stock grill. Thank Marcello for providing another great product.I will post photos tomorrow.

The grill is very easy to install. It should only take you 10 to 15 minutes.
First remove the small left and right cover that are snapped into place, you can reach around the back of the bumper through the current opening and push down on the plastic snaps.
Take the new SHR grill with V section up and slide grill into place. The grill will seat on the vertical pillars and the surrounding grill area. Then take the left and right cover you removed and snap them back into place. That's it and your on your way. Looks great !
