I like the idea. Would it have raised letter? Or printed on directly?
It's a beautiful concept for sure.

That's really nice looking snkchmr. Looks clean. Is it thin aluminum? Or vinyl?

This may be a really dumb question: But why is it important to have your VIN displayed inside the cabin? I like the idea of having a serial number instead, or I dunno...

The guy's name is Gary Loat. His email address is bullitt@telus.net. He has a couple of designs for the S197. I put mine on the front side of the drivers side shock tower. It looks cool there because with my CAI you get a great look at it.

Well the biggest problem is that I don't know we will ever find out from Ford what number our cars are from the number that were built like they did for the SVT Cobras. But maybe someone has an insider at Ford to get the numbers...

Great idea, but I would prefer the GT/CS fonts to look like the actual fonts on the GT/CS stripe.

That is really nice i like the layout and the fact that it has the build date. However, i prefer the GT/CS stripe across the top instead of the script.

2 reasons this is a large company& its not worth it to them to make 1 off things & the other Ford would so come after them like they did all the other companies using their logos.

If you don't remember about 2 years ago Ford went crazy & had lawyers attack companies that used the word Mustang in their names etc.
I can name 3 real quick MPS, Grand Design Mat & American Muscle & tons of others. I would say for my guys company to make these they would cost over $100 each easy time you pay Ford royalties etc.
Then the problemis somebody makes a knockoff for $25 & thats the one most people would buy & they dont get cought LOL.

I understand. Perhaps the company would be open to contacting some of us interested via PM? What if we wanted one without a FORD logo? (I do)

Ok guys which design? Let me know and I'll work on one for the group without the ford logo, if so desired. Its very easy to replace the FMC with your name on the plaque.

The one on the top left, in Silver with Black lettering, to match the dash. You can leave it as is, as far as the design.
