Convertible drivers door glass rubs on bumps

Greetings,
I've got an 08 GT/CS Vert with about 400miles on it and when I drive with the top and windows up the glass on the drivers side makes a hard rubbing, squeaking sound when I go over bumps. If I put the windows down an inch, it doesn't do it. I keep the car in the garage.
Anyone else have this experience?
Thanks
LJS

I have experienced this from time to time in my car. I don't experience it much because the top is usually down when I'm driving it. It doesn't bother me much because I think it is a very quiet car overall for a convertible.

It only started happening the past few weeks, is it possible the cold weather could be causing it?
Do you notice it more when it's cold out?

I noticed the same thing with the driver side rear window. Definatly cold related. It only happens when it is about 30F or below.
