I was recently in to have the air bag issue looked at after receiving a notice, and a sales person said "Oh that is rare a CS Vert in Vista, most I've seen are black or red". That got me thinking is Black considered to be "Cool" ?, is White popular in the south where it is hotter ?, is red the second choice of coolness ?, why is blue such a rare colour/color ?

When I was looking to purchase mine the only ones I could find were blue and black.

 

Yeah same here all I saw was blue and black, saw one red and none in white.

 

Same with me the Dealer had a Black and a White one, mine was dealer traded from the next state over..OHIO they said Dark Candy Apple Red was hard to get!!

 

Regardless if you like the color or hate it...

The rarest color on the GT/CS is grabber orange. Just in talking with all of you, there are very few on here...

I'm not opening this up to a bashing fest of color vs color, I just know that most dealers will not order GO for their lot because it takes a specific person to order or want that color, whereas white is currently the most popular choice for a car color in the USA right now (over 20% of cars sold are white)....

 

I have the only Sonic Blue in my area. Someone else liked the way mine looked so they picked up a Vista last year and had white stripes put on it. Other than that, there are no other blues where I live.
