I ordered my Certificate from Ford, and it should be here on Thursday. It will have the final production numbers for my color (U6) and body (Coupe), I am curious what the numbers will be be since production numbers, in general, were low, and Candy Red is not available on the 2012.

The Certificate is availaable through the GT/CS Registry, but you have to call Ford for the discount.

I ordered mine on line through the Ford WEB site.

 

The total GT/CS built in U6 was 612 I did not get the break down but John is going to send me the breakdown by color and option for the 2007 - 2011 cars. This years production for 2011 was the lowest full year production ever with only 3,642 built which includes 9 pre-production cars.

I received my Certificate today, along with a chart listing a complete break down of all the 2011 Califonia Specials, to include Body Type, Paint Color, Trim, and all options. A lot of detail.

There were 2509 Coupes, of which mine was #1202. It was #180 of 383 painted Red Candy Metallic CC (U6).

Total Production: 3642. Total Coupes: 2509 Total Verts: 1133

Ron, are you doing a registry for the Boss cars too?

 

I started to do it but it just got to be too much so I removed the BOSS 302 from the 2012 GT/CS Registry web page. I did down load a lot of the Laguna 302 window stickers they were sequential from car #200001 - 200050 I Believe.

Really? Verrry interesting. I'm looking at them now. Given all the hiccups with production, I am curious to see what happened with the scheduling. The stickers were re-issued after production finally began mid-Feb., but the dates haven't been corrected. This should be intriguing...

 

Yeah and the 2012 GT/CS car VIN's are all over the map so I really have not had the time to do any 2012 cars. I just find them when I am browsing the web. I am still working on 2007 and right now I am in early August 2006 as far as build dates go.

Ron is there a way you could obtain a window sticker for my Boss that was delivered last week?? Mine was in the glovebox on the carrier and i really want a fresh one to laminate for keeps

If you want an original sticker you may need to talk to the dealer to see if they can order you one. Or you can download the windowsticker from the online website but does not have all the information that an original one has.

Actually, it does. It's been found that the data is covered up and can be exposed with the right version(s) of Adobe Acrobat.

 

Which verison do I need to see this information?
