And from Clevpart's poll, 193 GT owners said yes, they would buy one from him and 28 V6 owners said they would. I think that qualifies for a group buy

im freezing my tush off right now geez. cali isnt all sun and swimsuits you know. we do have that thing called "winter"
heated seats eh? with luxuries like that, do you think that the GT/CS could be taking the job that the old grandes had?
the original stang appealed to a variety of markets:
Performance, Economy, AND Luxury
and if anyone saved the pics could u like email em of PM em to me? i kno they arenmt supposed to be posted, but id really love to see em :P

I lived in Chula Vista for about 6 months in '69 or '70...it snowed there just before Christmas that year, people were flipping out...guess its like a 100 year fluke or something
I think the C/S is more for us snowbound folks hoping for anything that sounds 'warm and sunny' for our three months of real winter
Couple comments on that cover- I'd wrote to ford long ago female dogin about the 05 not getting the one they had pictured, and also the lack of 'power by ford' on the valvecovers(ESPECIALLY on the supercharged GT/Shelby...SVT on Fords flagship...sad). I'd like to get one, but the aftermarket just didnt liik as good for some reason...
Also- the valve covers on that engine appear to be painted finally...I'd put up a thread at blueoval in the to ford management section asking for painted aluminum- as one time salt exposure up here turns raw aluminum to crappy looking, pitted/white flaky looking...one of the guys even suggested like IUP interior upgrade, they could offer engine appearance upgrade option -"EUP" I'd have paid an extra 500 bucks for a painted engine before I'd have paid 500 for a better dash...the stock dash will look ok for a long time, the stock raw aluminum engine block/heads/covers will look bad in a very short time- and painting yourself would just about require dropping the cradle to do it right...porcelain exhaust manifolds and something besides 304 SS on the pipes could be part of it too...

If it IS true that heated seats will be coming to the Mustang, I say: IT'S ABOUT TIME. Now, how about steering-wheel mounted audio controls and heated side mirrors? The Focus has them, why not the Mustang?

heated seats in cali are a big thing because people are so spoiled out here, does it come with the back message too, then they would sell 3 times as many....lol

It is a little odd, but it's a nationwide SE, not just limited to Cali.

Maybe the CS stands for "Carroll Shelby"....
