The California Special has 2-tone seats. It's got black bolsters and grey inserts--possibly suade. It's also got heated seats and a mirror with an integrated compass.

The GT/CS also has a plenum cover, which looks exactly like the one on the show car, but covers the throttle body as well.

I should have printed the GT/CS pictures while they were up. I liked the front fascia and the air plenum cover. Not a fan of the scoops. Undecided on that side stripe. Why did one photo show a stripe in front of the wheel well, and on the other picture it was covered up? Will you be able to repost soon? Also, congratulations on your trip to Detroit.

It is a little odd, but it's a nationwide SE, not just limited to Cali.

Because they had placed a piece of white paper over the stripe just forward of the front wheel. It's still there, just covered up.

WE DON'T NEED HEATED SEATS IN CALI!!! Actually, its 36 degrees right now where I live, so I guess it could come in handy on days like this.

California should have 'cooled' seats

So that pretty much explains that heated seats will be an option on the other cars...

I'm getting the plenum cover for my car.
And the seats..FINALLY...
I love the 2 tone seats like in the GT500

Brad, can I ask about when we may hear more info about that "rumored" Mach 1 - you gave such a tease in your last GT/CS thread...

When do you think more info will be released about this...must know more, must know more...

Any word on Engine upgrades? Kind of disapointing if you have to get a GT/CS if you want heated seats and the like

I don't have any more info on the Mach 1, other than that Roush is working on the prototypes.
