My attempt to get interior photos similar to the ones of the white GT/CS was blocked! The salesperson was unable to locate the key!! I took 2 photos through the windows, so it is not the best way to really see the dove (light grey) color. I will try to go back this weekend, assuming the key is found.

Hate the sattellite blob. The chin spoiler looks similar to Roush.

Question

Are the side decals black just like the white CS, or a dark gray?

They look like a dark gary in somes pics, maybe since there are reflective??

Thanks

They are black. I lightened the photos with Paint Shop Pro so the stripes could be better seen.

Black GT/CS Stripe

I think Ford missed the boat on not offering a different color stripe on the black GT/CS. As I recall they did the same thing on the 03/04 Mach 1. You can't see the stripe going by.

Should have offered silver or gold as an option, just my thoughts.

Agree on the stripe color, I think a gold or even a white one would have worked better on the black body color.

my only complaint is the rear wing needs a redesign, and not that flat ugly one. It's amazing that all those designers can't get a spoiler right....

GT/CS Markup?

I saw a GT/CS for the first time on a lot in Chadds Ford, PA and the dealer had the price as $3K over MSRP. Unbelievable. They tagged it as "rare"..

Just purchased my 2007 GT/CS...what a dream. I owned a 1964.5 back in high school (friend bought it at an auction, we restored it husband got in our divorce). The interior I am very happy with, as the orginal Mustangs did not really have a lot in them anyway. It was all under the hood. Bought mine in Columbus at Graham Ford.

Yeah, it's called an LOH (?) Graham waived mine as they quoted me the MSRP. It is something that Ford has stuck on there...or so they said.

Thanks!

2007 Black Fastback, loaded, V-8, 5 Speed. Not sure of all the details on manufacture date and such. I originally intended to buy the Shelby, but saw this one and fell in love. Did not purchase the "appearance package", I like clean lines without all the fluff. Now if the hood scoop was a functioning one, that would be different (grin).

Bought it right out of the showroom with only 10 miles on it.

That ain't a GT/CS...sorry. Here is what is wrong with the picture, literally:
1) No hood scoop
2) Missing side scoop (as if dealer was trying to GT/CS' a GT)
3) Roof is not the newer velvet like looking style

Anyone can add wheels and fake gas cap and tape stripe...IMHO

tc
PS: Did you happen to notice if interior was 2-tone coloured?

FYI: GT/CS can be ordered without the GT package (i.e hood scoop).

See post #41 for 2 tone seats.

2) The side scoop was missing - most likely from an accident. There was one the right side. There are drilled holes for fitting this.

Yes, it was a GT/CS.
