The Good, the Bad, and the Patient...
ISELLFORD has a Grabber Orange GT Vert on order. I ordered the Coupe. Here I was thinking I'd be the first TMS member with their Grabbah, Grabbah. However this may not be the case.
So after a quickie gut check this morning, I came to the conclusion that if Ed gets his Grabbah before I get my Grabbah, it would be absolutely the coolest to be #2 to a guy like that. I mean, c'mon. Look at all he's done for the TMS members.
However... I will not give up without a fight! Both cars were built on 6/6/6. Both are Grabber Orange, of course. But who will get theirs first? It's like a bad speghetti western. Everyone's out in the dessert with squinty eyes and a bad perspiration problem.
It does not look good for the Pup. I think Ed gets his mo'sheen first. But I'm not throwing in the towel just yet...

A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do... but I'll tell ya right now, even though I'm the underpup, I'm so cool and collected I make Steve McQueen look a nervous wreck.
But hey, that could just be the decaf talkin'...
So here we are on Tuesday morning... Ed is physically closer to Flat Rock than I am here in New Jersey... he WORKS at his dealership so he won't be waiting for a phone call... will the carrier be in today with his vert? Will he be sippin' a cup o' joe when it does? Who will be the first TMS member to take delivery of their... dare I say it?
Grabbah, Dabbah, Doooooooooo!

For the answers to these exciting questions, stay tuned!

Wednesday morning... 6/21... my original ETA for a car built 6/6/6. Ed Miller is tossing in his rack awaiting his Grabbah Vert. Numerous calls over the past week to customer service end with a delivery date of 6/22. Will tomorrow indeed be the day? Will Ed get his
range Vert today? What's the hold-up? Even with quality control, these cars should be in our hands now. Can an old fart from NJ pull out a win by being the first TMS member to receive their O

Ed... breathe. You DON'T look good in blue, regardless what your friends tell you!

I sure hope you both get your cars today. But no matter how rough it may seem as you wait, at least count your blessings that you are mere HOURS from your new car while others, such as myself, must wait several MONTHS just to order one.
Good luck and I'll look forward to seeing if today is the day. I sure hope it is.

Pitpup - did your car arrive?
I was thinking about your situation today. I drove over to a local Ford dealer this afternoon and as I pulled into the lot, what did I see but a brand new GT in Grabber Orange with the GT Appearance Package. The color really surprised me. I didn't realize that Grabber Orange was so "laid back", I thought it might be a very loud orange but the car I saw looked great. Of course, the black stripes and black hood scoop didn't hurt either...
Another interesting sighting at the dealer was a Stage 3 Roush in Torch Red with white stripes. Very nice car but about twice my budget.
