OK, about a month ago the wife and I went up to Eureka Springs, Arkansas for the weekend. While in a McD's drive thru, she cut the corner too sharp and drug my wheel across the front of a curb. It ruined the wheel and ripped the tire, but I forgave her, blah blah blah. Fast forward to today. She is driving the Mustang by herself this time, and some jack*** in an Accord almost sideswipes her. Instinctively she throws the wheel hard right and smashes into a curb....this time both passenger side wheels are toast. She has one more wheel to go, should I let her do it? The wheels are American Racing wheels and are on backorder of course. The only bright side is now I'll have two wheels to mount snow tires to. EDIT= Here's the wheels...

Nope - But that is my opinion. I guess it really depends on who/whom payed/is paying for it?

Could always make her purchase every wheel damaged while in her care?
And make her source them out...?

My G-friend is helping with the finance, so it's been agreeed as "Our" car. LOL
So if I was in that situation, it would be "You broke it, you fix it"

 

Funny you say that... My wife is hell on wheels...AND TIRES too. Brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee- she hit a curb at a shopping mall and destroyed two wheels and tires. Had to have it towed. Again with an older Mustang, and an older Probe... I've easily got 3K tied up in replacement wheels and tires. Need-less-to-say, she doesn't drive my new Stang...well, without supervision that is...lol. I feel your pain. Do you think that she made up the phantom driver in the side-swipe story? Hummmm...

 

if she gives you sex as often as you want it then let her wreck a rim once in a while LOL

Yeah, I was thinking that straight up sex isn't enough remittance for these transgressions. Might have to bring along the hot sister on this one...
