Question Wheel Advice

I really like the looks of Bullitt wheels on the Mustang and am looking at several options for my Alloy convertible. Just looking for some opinions...

I'll be going with an 18" staggered setup - 18x9 up front and 18x10 or 10.5 out back.

I've narrowed the field down to these 3 choices:

1. Polished/Chome

2. Anthracite w/machined lip

3. Black chrome

Black Chrome or the Anthracite with Machined Lip. Chrome doesn't look right on Alloy Gray, IMO.

Don't do polished chrome. It just doesn't look that great with Alloy. I'd go with Black Chrome or Anthracite

I'd like to see pics of anyone who has either the Black or Anthracite Bullitts on their Alloy cars. Please post any pics that you may have.

Ditto here...

I really like the Anthracite Bullitts with the polished lip but pictures I have seen make them look closer in color to Tungsten Grey. (Look at the first post in the Tungsten Grey owner's check-in thread.) What I have considered is buying painted bullitts in the 18x9/18x10 or 10.5 that I want and having them painted Alloy.

What wheels are those? Interesting lug nut covers. Awesome tri bar spinner.

I'd go polished lip anthracite. Black Chrome looks like solid brake dust from far off after a little brake dust gets on them.

The black chrome are made by AFS. They sell on eBay.

They are currently only available in 18x9 but I wrote them and 18x10.5 are coming soon for a staggered setup. Regular chrome are currently available in those sizes.

The wheels are Agent 47's. Those are not lug nut covers; the wheels are real knock-offs. The tri-bar spinner is functional! What look like lug nut covers are actually the pin drive piece that bolts to the hub. The tri-bar spinner holds the wheel to that piece. That is what has me intrigued. Real pin-drive knock-off wheels - too cool.

I have the same issue as you what to choose, I like the polish chrome, and with an 24 offest.

Welcome, and sweet looking ride! How did the Nationals go? I would have loved to have gone. I still need to get mine to a show.

Thanks for the compliment. The Nationals went well. It was the first show I had ever entered. I didn't expect to win anything I just wanted to go and enjoy. The weather was nice. The only problem was that they only had one food vendor and the line was 10 Mustangs long.
