Charcoal vs. Satin Applique
This is for you Alloy owners with the dark charcoal interior. Do you think the satin applique or the charcoal applique with the IUP looks best? Any pictures would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Thanks.

i was originally going to order the carbon panel, but after seeing both side by side at the dealership, i decided to order the satin. imo, it was too bland with the carbon... too much black. if you just glance at the carbon, it looks like the base model's plastic dash.

I have the charcoal...and I was worried about it when I ordered the car. However I'm very glad that I got it. Everyone who gets in my car for the first time runs their fingers across it with a "ohhh this is nice...."

The satin panel really makes the dash stand out. Since the exterior (alloy) and the interior (charcoal) are both fairly dark to begin with, I chose to go with the charcoal panel to have a somewhat uniform look to the interior.
I think they both look good, but it all comes down to personal preference. Go with what YOU like.
Doesn't look very dark in this pic, but it goes with the rest of the interior pretty well.
