just wanted to throw out some recent pic's. I think with the exception of the wheels, and possibly lowering it. i'm done for now with the exterior. I most recently added the GTA emblem, tinted the corner lights front, and rear, 12" antenna, and the SHR fuel door. what do ya'll think?

 

Well, even if the last pictures you posted in the thread about the CDC chin spoiler didn't make up my mind, these did. As soon as I can I'm getting the classic chin spoiler and leaving it matte black. It looks great on your car.

Was going to wait until my wife gets some shots of the new ride, but patience isn't one of my stronger attributes so I'll check in now...

Traded my screaming yellow '05 GT w/ bolt-ons for an '07 Saleen S281-SC alloy coupe earlier this month (leftover w/ 334 mi). The previous Mustang was a trade up from a series of fun, yet torque-less Hondas I played with during college/grad sch. Man, is this fun or what!!

The new ride came w/ Saleen upgrades too: forged 5-spoke wheels & Pirelli Rossos, Rockford Fosgate sub/amp, and 3:73 gears. I also have MyColor in this one, for better or worse.

Once I learn to launch this bad boy on the strip it should be rather fulfilling. LOL Plenty of nice cars on this site - looking forward to the experience!!

Well here's the new upgrades, don't worry about my friends GTO in the background. I would have stand alone pics but some Old ******* side swiped the hell out of my car this morning. Just got out of the shop yesterday. But enjoy and when she is fixed up I will show her off.

 

Is that the Saleen Parnelli/Heritage/Gurney front fascia with the headlight splitters trimmed off?

I think thats the best front fascia I've seen for the S197

 

So here is the update, car will be under the knife for "a coupe of weeks" from what the body shop had to say. Here is two shots of what happened. This guys insurance is paying for it all, so I hope his new rate causes him to go bankrupt. Condolences, card, flowers etc. are welcome LOL.

 

Its the Parnelli fascia, I had my shop guy trim the splitters off. I got it from Stage3motorsports, the side scoops are 3D carbon, awesome, and the spoiler is from Cervinis. Be careful with Cervinis, had some issues with quality of the fiberglass - lots of divots and rough edges. My guy got it looking good, just was more of a hassle than it should have been. Car looks awesome though, until the 81yr old turned into me.

 

Finally got some shots worth posting. The previous batch came out much too dark.

5SPD07GT... your stang looks really good. I love the ghost matte black stripes, always wanted to do that on my alloy.

here's mine, 2007 alloy 6ix.. haha. JLT CAI, SCT X3 tune, ford T-lok, Steeda dual exhaust, custom H-pipe, 18"fanblades, custom painted flat black. Not sure if I should save for a powerhouse turbo, or buy a 2008 bullitt. My grandpa got a 2008 DHG bullitt while I have my six. lol. Call me jealous. haha
