Stripes Cost Extra?
So I know that stripes will be available for the coupe, and not the convertible, but will the coupes come monocolor, and if you want stripes, you have to pay for them, or will it be a delete option like the GT spoiler (costs nothing to delete it, but it can be done) and you just have to pick the color? The way I see it, I think this is is good way for Ford to take us for another $1,000 if we want stripes on our cars. I hope not.
I've seen cars in lots with a pin stripes on them,. and there is a little sticker next to the window sticker that informs you of the extra cost from the pin stripe....and its always like $130! FOR A PIN STRIPE!!! I just can see Ford "giving" those stripes to us.

The GT500 has been advertised with the stripes. No one at Ford has ever mentioned them to be an option. SVT's past approach has been to include all the options in one package, one price. The exception on the last Cobras was the chrome wheels. IMO there will be a delete option but without credit as the spoiler delete option on the GT.

The Lemans stripes are standard on the coupe. The rocker stripes are standard on both. The Lemans are not available from the factory on the vert. I'm sure you can buy them from the dealer and have them installed if wish. Either can be deleted. IT doesn't say they will charge or credit you for deletion, but, typically they do not.
