Oil Change $79.26..Driving it home.. PRICELESS!

I opted to have my first oil change at 1000 miles. I have a good dealer, they are the ONLY ones who will ever work on my Shelby. The oil change was $79.26. 7 qts of synthetic 5w50.

Can't wait till it needs brakes! Yikes!

My dealership charges $19.95 lifetime for cars bought there. Hard to beat. Plus you get to have free good coffee and freshly baked cookies and check out all the new stangs! It sure is different now to go to a dealership and see GTs on the lot. I remember when the GTs were scarce and the only way to buy one was an order and we had to wait four months.

I wouldnt say ANYONE who says they did is lying. I have heard of a few that paid MSRP and not over. The dealer valued their business. Rare but it happens.

Friend of mine actually got his Triple Black GT500 'Vert at D-Plan, fully loaded (If I remember correctly, 44xxx.00) Of course, it helped that his father owns the dealership!

I'll bet driving it home was priceless!!! I guess you had to drive it to the dealer to get the oil changed since I'm sure you would never change it yourself, oh, and btw, do you have any pics of it yet?
