Being Old Skool as I am, I think the shift **** that Ford uses on the Shelby (and all Mustangs, for that matter) is an awful abomination. My proper shift **** arrived from grabberpony.com yesterday, and I went out to the garage to install it today. I put some Springsteen on the iPod, and by the time Bruce got done with his first song, I was done. It's that easy and simple. I chose the black **** with red lettering to match the steering wheel and shift boot, but you can get all sorts of different colors and patterns.

I have a Hurst shifter with white Hurst ball in my GT and love it. But since I plan on keeping the Shelby stock, I won't be swapping shifters.
