I doubt it.....this usually means there's a problem that needs to be fixed before they deliver any more units to dealers. Maybe they saw the video of the '04 Terminator handing the Shelby its *** and figured they had a problem like they did back in '99 with HP. LOL

OR they have decided to do something about the ADMs. **wakes up from dreaming** What the h**l was I saying? Ford try to dig itself out of the dumps by actually making their dealers care about customers? I have to stop eating just before bed.

I truly hope this doesn't turn into another over hyped media disaster over what would have been understandable caution(and acceptable in the context of limited edition very high-performance cars at a value price point) to fans of the former SVT...but I suspect otherwise.

...or maybe the dealers wanted Ford's help in reinforcing the perception of a limited supply, thus bolstering the "legitimate" reason for the wacky ADMs? (J/K!?)

This should make those who sold their soul to get one really feel good about their decision.

If I were to take a guess it would be a performance or a safety issue. Either way it is nothing less than embarrassing for Ford and its dealers. But, this might be a blessing in disguise for those who are waiting.

Hopefully it won't be the roofs flying off a la Corvette.

IIRC even back when the 03 Cobra's/03Mach1s came down the line, there was as stop shipment... it had to do with certain welds having to be redone.

Lets not all freak out.
This kinda stuff happens, and whatever it is, I'm sure they are fixing it.

Yes, the old ticking routine were cylinder heads were being replaced left and right. It turned out to be a batch of missing 99 cent galley oil plugs.

Seems like the bean counters tried to save one too many pennys.

haha, I remember that.

"Do you have the tick or the vibe"
That's bringing back some memories.

I still remember the IPIE threads and Transman over on BON
And remember Beefcake and his 99/01 badass cobra...
Those were the days

As for those beancounters...friggin guys even forgot about putting in the trunk release in the 05

But I'm not gonna lie to ya, I'm curious as to the stopage and why
