Since this dealer had the window sticker in the ad and was accepting offers, I submitted my offer at the MSRP price of $45060.00. If accepted, I would have gladly paypaled a sizable deposit and "consumated" the deal within days.
This most generous dealer countered my offer by reducing his $13,700 mark up by $1200.00!!!!!!
Wow, I could have it at $57,560.00!!!! Sweet!
For a split second I thought about countering with the same MSRP offer, I couldn't decline his counter fast enough
One day in the not too distant future, someone will want my money and I'll be in the drivers seat.....

it is going to happen and happen soon... I am getting to the point that I don’t want to give my money to Ford for the way they have handled this mess, dealers have been treating people like crap for 9 months or more now. I might just wait and pick up a used one; I have waited this long already.
