I got the GT500 banner... for FREE!

It would be counter productive to post the financial agreement in a public forum at this time since there is a possibility of a future transaction.
What I can tell you is that this is the first new Mustang I purchased where I did not get a discount or purchased from the dealer I have been doing business with for the last five years.
The deal was fair in comparisson to the great deal I thought I had with my local dealer who betrayed me. 5 purchases, and 17 confirmed referrals in the last 5 years for which I declined all "referral fee" offers, although in all fairness I have to admit I have enjoyed free oil changes for the last two years without asking for them. I will not go out of my way to trash or harm them in any way but I will not help them either. Ever.
In addition, I had to compromise. My first choice was Torch Red with the GT500 Premium Interior Trim Package as the only option. The Performance White was my second choice and includes the PITP plus the Sirius Satellite Radio and Shaker 1000, both which I felt I didn't need but had to pay for. It worked out for the best. The Shaker 1000 is fantastic and worth the additional $1,295.

That POS dealer... Full of SOBs, low life weasels, and filthy scumbags... are respectable? *
The only Christmas card they'll receive from me this year will be the one wishing them a category 5 tornado.
And a prosperous new year.

Congrats on the car, I can't believe I missed this thread. I really wish I could come down there and visit I'd even sleep in the garage.

Hey Scott, come on down!
We provide five star accomodation on the Penthouse Guests' Suite and room service. In layman's terms, normally known as the den and toasted bagels. The cream cheese is extra.
Don't forget the wife. She can go shopping with mine.
