The stories are very logical though. Ford can't be making specialty vehicles when the rest of their lineup isn't selling well. I think the decision makers are above HTT.

I agree. The department reorganizations and downsizings have no doubt affected budgets dramatically.

Of course it is not, remember that all SVT Mustangs were named Cobras and common sense the snake is going to come out in the GT500. And also, the emblem used in the original GT500 was the cobra even if it wasn't named like that.
