SPOILER ALERT

I only went to see the movie for the car. I didn't much enjoy the rest of it, but I'm not a sci-fi or zombie fan either. And then the dog died, the girlfriend headed for the lobby. That pushed her over the edge.

So did I. Looking back I could have filled the gas tank and enjoyed the car for hours instead of watching a less than two minute 60 mph uneventful GT500 commercial.

Have you noticed the price of popcorn?

Yep. Just do like I do at the theater concession stand in a really loud, serious voice...

"Ten bucks for a small popcorn?! Honestly, how can you guys make any money givin' it away at these prices?!"

Makes 'em all embarrassed and uncomfortable like... cause they don't know how to take it.

I think I would classify them more as "vampires" than "zombies"....thoughts?

Vampires drink Blood ... Zombies EAT Flesh ... Looks like they were eating to me ...

And except for the GT 500 scene ... the movie sucked ....

I took a friend of mine for a ride in my V6 Mustang with an X-Charger Roots style supercharger installed. The day after he saw the movie he came in and said that GT500 sounds just like my Mustang and he wouldn't have know what that sound was unless he had rode in my car ..

See...I thought Zombies were already dead, and they just terrorize people and kill them.....these "people" were still alive...just infected with KV....hence my reson for thinking flesh eating vampires...who cares...I guess....sad movie with loose strings....

I certainly hope so. A Mustang without a movie it's like, welll... a Mustang without a movie.

I just watched Omega Man ... it starts off with him cruising NYC in a 1970 LTD convertible ... he wrecks and and then speeds home before dark in a 1970 Mustang Convertible he snags from a used car dealer ... when he gets home ... he has a 1968 or so Cougar convertible in his garage. Seems like Ford sponsored the original Omega Man as well ..

My theater is 2 blocks from my house.
For 20 bucks I can get dinner, soda and a movie.
They also serve beer and wine.
All neighborhoods should have this.
If you don't want to eat the matinee is $5.50

My theater is 5 miles away. For 20 bucks I can get a small popcorn, a candy bar, a medium soft drink, and a single movie ticket!

Did I mention that the food tastes better than the local chain restaurants and they have leather seats that recline as far as you want.

I agree. The movie sucked. When the dog got killed, the girlfriend said she'd had enough and headed for the lobby. I wasn't very far behind her. I'm just glad the Shelby was in the first of the movie and not the last.
