It's possible, but sales cannot be confirmed. As far I am concerned it is likely some will carry the high AMVs as well as some will be strictly hearsay and bait.

Just like there are still some dealers asking AMVs for GTs in hopes of creating the illusion of high demand and shortage, dealers will maintain the perception of high sales on the GT500 as long as possible, whether the sales have AMVs or not.
